He was predeceased by: his former wife Carol MacDonald (Erickson). He is survived by: his wife Palm Coast; his children, Diane Condon (Gerald) of Palm Coast, FL, Bruce of Forest City, NC, Susan of Glastonbury, CT, Dawn Anderson (Tim) of Jefferson, GA, Scott of Palm Coast, FL and Norman Jr. (Donna) of Wallingford, CT; his brother Douglas MacDonald of Monroe, GA; his sister-in-law MaryAnn Raymond of Palm Coast; and his caregivers, Denise, Marie, Arielle, Krysten and Laurette. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Norman's memory may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Hospital for Children.
