He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustine Frasca and Mildred Frasca; his sister Elizabeth Frasca; his wife Gloria Ricciardella Frasca; and his close friend Dora Macrino.
He is survived by: his children, Laura DaSilva (Carlos), Leonora Voltmer (Allen), Leonard A. Frasca (Doreen) and Linda Rosario (Frank); his grandsons, Carlos (Kristen), Anthony (Sarah), Daniel, Matthew (Milica) and Leonard Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Myra, Charlie and Macy DaSilva.
