She was predeceased by: her husband Walter L. "Waff" Salevsky. She is survived by: her children, Joan DalFarra (Craig), Robert (Jennifer), Walter (Kathleen) and Michael; her grandchildren, Christopher, Michael, Cameron, Joe and Jack; her stepgrandchildren, Paige and Julie; and her siblings, Bernadette, Peggy, Kitty, Lum, Mary, Judy, Sue, Dan and Steve.
In lieu of flowers we respectfully request a donation in her honor to the Wounded Warriors Foundation, the charity of her choice for many years.
