He is survived by: his wife Maria A. Kotowicz Bilinski; his daughter Destiny Bilinski Stone (Christopher Stone); his siblings, Wieslawa Strapczuk, Bogdan Bilinski, Krzysztof Bilinski and Jacek Bilinski; his sisters-in-law, Julita Sieka and Anna Kostur; his grandchildren, Ella, Mason and Liberty; and his nephew Bartosz Kostur (Maika Kostur). He is also survived by other extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Jesse's memory by giving Mass Cards or saying a prayer for him and the family.
