Theresa Reynolds Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa Reynolds of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, who passed away on April 26, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Reynolds; and her daughter Mary. She is survived by: her children, Jean (Forbes Johnson), Theresa (Ralph Weaver), Cathy (Jeff Caputo), Tommy (Pam Reynolds), Patti (Fred Lee) and John "Duke" (Kathleen Reynolds); her grandchildren, Duncan, Emmett, Ryan (Dylan Cariero), Mackenzie, Tyler, Kenyon, Tommy, Carmela, John, Mary, Kate and Kirby (Max Miller); her great grandchild Wren Olivia Miller; and her caregivers, Dr. Craig Wengler, Dr. Heather Yekes-Rodin and Dr. Jorge Castillo. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Robert and Carol Weissman Cancer Center for Breast Health Navigator fund.
