It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Rae Strubinger of Oxford, Florida, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on September 1, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Melvin Rae and Bessie Odile Strubinger; his wife Joan; his son Ray; his grandchildren, Jaimie Kinney (Lance), Jessica Arnstein (Drew), Michael and Justin Zapata; and also, Bessie Crowley, Jeannie Crowley, Bill and Barbara Kane. He was also cherished by great grandchildren.
Services will be held at Oxford Assembly of God for all friends and family able to attend during these difficult Covid times.
In lieu of flowers, you may donate in Joe's name to The Villages Hospice House where he received such compassionate care in his final days or to Oxford Assembly of God Church.
