He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Frazier and Eunice Morgan Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Magee Frazier; his children, Michael Seymor (Ashley Seymor) and Amy Seymor (Jeff Haney); and his grandchildren, Isaac Haney and Olive Seymore.
