It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Wilbanks Chasey of Orange Park, Florida, born in Gadsden, Alabama, who passed away on September 3, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Allen Wilbanks (Clark) and William Heath Wilbanks. She is survived by: her children, Susan May (William) of Jacksonville, FL, Allen Chasey of Peachtree City, GA and Sally Pierce (Mark) of Senoia, GA; her grandchildren, Kate, Erin and Lindsay Chasey; her children, Sarah and Brian Pierce; her sister Lila Sandstrom; and her nieces, Kathryne Bryant and Virginia Hayes (Rick).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Ginny 's honor to Clay Education Foundation or Clay Humane.
