He is survived by: his wife Deborah Kushner; his children, Andrew Kushner and Ashley Hurlbert (Matthew); his granddaughter Rebecca Hurlbert; his brothers, George Kushner and Bill Kushner (Ofelia); and his niece Simone Kushner.
