It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Thomas Milan of Orange Park, Florida, born in Niagara Falls, New York, who passed away on September 16, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Milan (McKinney); his children, Gloria Boyles, Ronda Rusnak, Gerald Jr. and William Rogers; and his sisters, Maureen P. Carroll of Owings, Maryland and Janet M. Callan (Chuck) of Fredonia. He is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
