She is survived by: her husband Don Tadlock; her sons, Dale Tadlock and Terry Tadlock; and her grandchildren, Ashley Horn, Matthew Tadlock, Jessica Hogue, Jena Enfinger, Courtney Herring, Logan Tadlock, Lukas Tadlock, Isabella Tadlock and Elleana Tadlock. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
