He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Turner and Eleanor Turner Whidden; and his brother Morris Garrell. He is survived by: his wife Judy Turner; his sons, Steven Edward Turner (Tricia) and Jason Turner (Michelle); his stepchildren, Shelly Young (Geminee) and David Bullock, Jr. (Kathy); his grandchildren, Katie Albach (Thomas), Steven Edward Turner, Jr. (Ashlee), Ashlynn, McKenzie, Nicholas, Marisa, Tristenne and Lane (Hailee); his great grandchildren, Chloe, Sierra, Rayne, Ryder, Donna and Chase; his siblings, Ralphie Turner, Jeannie Sharkey (Novia) and Jeanette Ross; and his uncle Duke Turner. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Haven Hospice of Chiefland, Florida.
