He is survived by: his wife Betty Rucks; his children, Tommy Rucks Jr. (Pamela) of Okeechobee, Keith Rucks (Susan) of Okeechobee and Robin Sims (Allen) of Okeechobee; his grandchildren, Tommy Rucks III (Lindsey) of Altamonte Springs, Kimberly Clark (Brian) of Ringwood, N. J., Laura Altman (Shane) of Okeechobee, Chase Rucks of Okeechobee, Jared Sims (Hannah) of Okeechobee and Keith D. Rucks of Okeechobee; his great grandchildren, Blake Altman and Murphy Jane Sims; his nieces, Kathryn Murphy of Vivian Lee and Cathy Yates; his son Dairy; his significant other Reda Larson; and also, Tommy, Neil Rucks and Rita Rucks.
