She is survived by: her husband Rick "Roaddogg" Lewis; her daughters, Stacey Teves and Terri Downs; her stepson Chevy Lewis; her sister Linda Croft; her stepgrandchildren, Derrick Mahan and Cadence Kirkhouse; and also, Ryan Teves, Randy Teves, Michael Haynes Jr., Nikolaus "Bubby" Mahan and Caitlin "Diddy" Mahan. She is also survived by her husband and children.
