Kim, Rogie, Danny,... " View Sign Okeechobee - Stillman Dingus, Jr. died Aug. 8, 2018. He was born June 6, 1942 in Portsmouth, Ohio to Stillman Dingus, Sr. and Mary Frances Belveal Dingus. He moved from Ohio in Indiantown in 1973. He relocated to Okeechobee 20 years ago. He was a founding member of the Okeechobee Airboat Association and enjoyed riding motorcycles, guns, hunting, fishing, and airboats. Mr. Dingus was preceded in death by his son, Stillman Dingus, III; and his daughter, Shelly Walker. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Loretta Dingus; son, Walker Dingus (Michelle), all of Okeechobee; daughters, Kelly Delgado (Gavino), of Stuart, and Mary Hayes (Billy), of Okeechobee; sister, Shirley Loevengudh (Roger), of Ohio; eight grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. The family will receive friends 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, 2018 at Buxton & Bass Okeechobee Funeral Home.
