She was predeceased by: her father Gary Taylor. She is survived by: her husband Mark Hamby; her mother Kimberly; her children, India, Gage and Harley; and her stepchildren, Victoria and Hunter.

In lieu of flowers, a love offering may be mailed to Hunger & Thirst Ministries, 120 SE Park St. Okeechobee.
