It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel Bowers Pigeon (Okeechobee, Florida), born in Fort Pierce, Florida, who passed away on July 18, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John Pigeon; and her nephew Alexander Blaine Cypress. She is survived by: her siblings, Dan Bowers (Agnes) of Brighton, Paul Bowers (Linda), Richard Bowers, Bobbie Billie and Edna Bowers. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
