She was predeceased by: her parent Henry J. Hawk; and her siblings, Richard J. Hawk, Wallace E. Hawk, Albert A. Hawk and Mary C. Hawk.

She is survived by: her parent Agnes Hawk Snyder; her child Lisa Espada (Lucas); and her grandchildren, Jed Allen Rivero, Amy Elizabeth Rivero (Mason) and Paige Elena Rivero.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to Hospice of Okeechobee, PO Box 1548, Okeechobee, FL 34973.
