He was predeceased by: his pet Biddles. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Eubanks of Okeechobee; his children, Michael Eubanks (Marcia) of Fawnsdale, Ala. and Gidget Chavez (Adrian) of Orlando; his grandchildren, Raylee Eubanks, Clay Eubanks, Seth, Sierra, Sofia and Silas Chavez; and his stepchildren, Patrick Raulerson and Michelle Clay. He is also survived by three fur babies; and many friends.
