He is survived by: his parents, Ernesto Urbina, Sr. and Julia Acevedo; his wife Ofelia Urbina of Okeechobee; his sons, Juan Urbina, Sr. (Laurie) of Okeechobee, Jesus Urbina (Emma) of Brighton, Jose Urbina of Texas, Ernesto Urbina, III of Brighton and Enrique Urbina of Florida; and his sisters, Eulalia Stennett of Okeechobee, Elida Villalpando (Mario) of Okeechobee and Elmo Urbina of Okeechobee. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
