He is survived by: his wife Heather Clay; his children, Logan Clay, Lucas Clay, Emily Clay and Meagan Ashley Clay; his mother Debbie Ezell Arthur; his grandparents, Norma Ezell and Patsy Ezell Campbell; his uncle Chris Ezell; and his aunt Tonya Ford.
