He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor L. Fowler and Jeanette Eva Sanders Fowler; his former wife Sally; his son McSwain Fowler, Jr.; and his stepson Thomas L. Sapp.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Louise Fowler of Ocoee; his daughter Diane Christian of Apopka; his grandchildren, Shantel Adams of Apopka, Jeremy Fowler of Deltona and Emma Fowler of South Carolina; his stepdaughter Sharon Mills (Bob) of Winter Garden; and his daughter-in-law Darleen Sapp.
