He was predeceased by: his mother Beulah Robertson (Edgewater); his brother Charles Batten (Falls Church); and his son Alan Troy Batten. He is survived by: his wife Inez Harrison Batten (Ocoee); his children, Sharon Lee Tramonte (Windermere) and Gregory Allen Batten (Windermere); his children-in-law, Jeffrey John Tramonte (Windermere) and Laura Anne Batten (Windermere); his grandchildren, Kyle Tramonte (Rebecca Tramonte), Erin Hickman (Michael Hickman), Grant Batten and Ashley Batten; and his great grandchildren, Madison Hickman, Ella Hickman, Kellan Tramonte and Megan Tramonte.
