“Ricky was a GREAT PERSON!! It was after high school when I really had a chance to find out who he was. Our paths crossed again 1 summer & I then made a forever friend. Before his moving to Florida he came by to let me know of his plans & that he would be leaving Maryland. As life goes on I would have never thought that would of been the last time I had a chance to see him. I’m thankful he thought enough of me to say see you later. Now it’s my turn... see you later Ricky! RIP MY FRIEND”
