He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Nevin Voorhees and Hannah Voorhees (Clayton); his wife Rita Voorhees; and his son James Vitelli. He is survived by: his children, Carl Voorhees (Lynn), Gerard Voorhees (Marleen), Judy Grocki, Barbara Giordano and John Vitelli; his brother Artie Voorhees; his grandchildren, Melissa, Julia, Nicole, Christina, Michelle, Jennifer, Victoria, Elise, David, Lisa, Laura and John; and his close friend Fran Moffitt.
