He is survived by: his wife Dale Marie Schmidt; his children, Mike Schmidt (Laurie) of North Port, FL, Mary Schmidt Ullery of Dickson, TN, Steven Schmidt (Tika) of O'Fallon, MO and Paul Schmidt (Denise) of South Bend, IN.; his grandchildren, TJ, Anthony, Amber, Brooke, Kendra, Tyler, Zach, Kaitlyn, Teegan and Emma; and his sibling Brooks Rd. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
