He is survived by: his wife Wanda Balsley (Hartman); his son Brian Balsley (Janna) of Cape Coral, FL; his grandchildren, Brock Balsley and Gavin Balsley; his brothers, Richard Ritchie and Gordon Balsley; his niece Christine Smith (Tingley); and his nephews, Ric Tingley-Brown and Matthew Charles Bowen.
