He was predeceased by: his parents, James Warner Clifton and Edna Mae Hunt; his stepmother Joann Clifton; his sisters, Bev Lloyd and Vickie Neeld; his father-in-law Arliss Miller; his stepson Shane Short; his nephews, Scott Kuh, Tim Kuhn and Bryant Miller; and his siblings-in-law, Sam Miller, Dick Pastell, William Hurt, James Hurt and Shirley Hurt.
He is survived by: his wife Celeste Clifton; his children, Jeffrey Warner Clifton, Tracy Sipe and Amy Rogan; his stepson Sean Short; his mother-in-law Martha Miller; and his siblings, Stephen Clifton, Jerri Foreman, Debbie Wagy and Terri Jo Miller. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; many in-laws and nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the East Liberty Church of Christ (9504 Foundry Rd, East Liberty, OH 43319).
John had Parkinson's Disease and fought a long and challenging battle.
