He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Juel and Eva Dale L'Orange. He is survived by: his children, Shawn Rubin (Mark) of Shalimar, Tonya Harris of Valparaiso and Shannon L'Orange (Giovanna) of Crestview; his grandchildren, Cassie Reed (John) of Shalimar and Trevor L'Orange of Crestview; and his siblings, Charles of Mossey Head, Hilton (Phyllis) of North Carolina and Tami O'Malley (Michael) of Melbourne Beach.
