He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin Robert Nelson and Colette Kathryn McCarthy; his son Stewart Nelson; and his sisters, Margaret Joan Whitley and Mary Grace Cude.
He is survived by: his wife Debra D. Nelson; his brother William Nelson; his son Bradford Nelson; his grandchildren, Dr. Theresa Nelson and Trent Nelson; and his pets, BooBoo and Smokey. He is also survived by his family, friends, neighbors.
