It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Marshall (Niceville, Florida), born in Miami, Florida, who passed away on October 21, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Flora Marshall (Pullen) and Clayton Marshall, Sr.; his stepmother Harriett Marshall (Engler); and his brothers, Floyd, Eldred and Clayton Marshall, Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Marshall (Betty); and his children, John Marshall (Debbie), Martha Courtney (Bobby), Jim Marshall (Debra), Joe Marshall (Javonda) and Mary Bolen (Tim). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to one of the following.

To me he was a man of tremendous Christian Faith, and with a knowledge of Scripture surpassing all with possibly that of Christ Himself. He is a man I have admired since the first day I met him. His love for our Lord and Savior shines brighter than the sun. He will be sorely and dearly missed. I know that the angels in heaven are rejoicing at his coming home. Lord please be with Betty his wife and his family.”
