She is survived by: her husband Richard; her daughter Cindy; her son-in-law Alton; her son Michael; her daughter-in-law Tracy of Texas; her son Richard Blake; her daughter-in-law Sunni of Florida; her brother Carlito; her sister-in-law Dena; her sister Edelwina; her brother-in-law Rroy Alindao; her grandchildren, Thomas Gage and Chelsea; her grandsons-in-law, Ryan, Kyle, Elysia, Isabel and Angle; and her great grandchild Everly.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Lupus Foundation of America.
