She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy J. Chapman (Darrell) of Niceville and Ramona Hornsby (Lonzo) of Ponce; her grandchildren, Ashley Chapman Cuchens (Ashley Stephen), Christopher Chapman and Todd Hornsby (Karen); and her brother Pat Thomas (Rhonda). She is also survived by nieces/nephews.
