She was predeceased by: her parents, George Barney Godwin and Pearl Godwin (Sullivan); her spouse Kinzy Grayer Jr.; and her sons, Stephen C. Grayer and Timothy R. Grayer.

She is survived by: her children, Michael K. Grayer of Navarre, FL, Darcy L. Keilholz (James) of Chamois, MO and Angela M. Brahmstedt (Doug) of Niceville, FL; and her daughter-in-law Nina Grayer of Atoka, TN. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
