We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2023, at the age of 77, John Joseph Furey Jr. of Niceville, Florida, born in Newark, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Pelaia and John Joseph Furey; and his former wife Catherine Allen. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Furey; his children, John B. Furey (Amandine) of Washington, D. C. and Mary D. Fisher (Drosten) of Wilton, Connecticut.; and his grandchildren, Catherine, Elizabeth and Victoire.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
