With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqueline W. Everitt of Niceville, Florida, born in Hartford, Alabama, who passed away on September 21, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Almer Whitehead and Eura Dell Sumblin; her siblings, Linda Whitehead and Gerald Don Whitehead; and her son-in-law Carl Cole.

She is survived by: her children, Gerald Everitt (Leslie) of Dalton, GA, Jana Everitt Cole of Raleigh, NC, Cheryl Everitt Ward of Crestview, FL, Gary Everitt (Sondra) of Chattanooga, TN, Steven Everitt (Candy) of Newnan, GA and Angela Everitt Willard of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Holly Cole Baldwin (Brad), Trey Ward (Candace), Ashley Ward Willmont (Justin), Brian Everitt (Kara), Kelly Everitt Underwood (Daniel), Nikki Cole (Dillon), Tyler Willard (Amber) and Wesley Everitt (Bobbie); her great grandchildren, Cadence Baldwin, Jacob Baldwin, Madison Ward, Aidan Pine, Carson Willmont, Calla Everitt, Laurence Underwood, Jaxon Cole, Carlynn Allred, Westen Everitt, Remington Everitt and Oakley Everitt; and her brother Frank Whitehead (Diane) of Lynn Haven, FL. She is also survived by many other relatives, and friends.
