She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Bernard Kneeland and Eleanor Kneeland of Niceville, Florida.. She is survived by: her caregiver Jackie; her parents, Joanne Cook of Fort Walton Beach and Michael E. Cook (Julia) of Upper Marlboro; her sister Kierston Cook of Fort Walton Beach; her grandparents, Kenneth and Tina Cook of Pinson; her aunts and uncles, Bernard Kneeland Jr., John Kneeland (Jaynee) of Niceville, Michael Kneeland (Becki) of Van Buren, Kenny Cook of Pinson, Karen Davis (Joe) of Wetumpka, Debbie Freeman of Coosada, Diane Mertins (Lee) of Atlanta, Georgia and Kim Sebastian (Steve) of Odenville; and her cousins, Caitlyn, Dylan, Paul M, David M, Lee Jr., Paul D, Matthew D, Joanie, Katie, Patrick, Stacey, Chris, Brian, Joseph K, Ryan K, Daniel K, Brodie and Sarah.
