She was predeceased by: her parents, Harriet Doyle (Halliday) and Michael Doyle; and her brothers, Steven, Maxwell, Joseph, Patrick and Michael.
She is survived by: her husband Captain Robert L. Kirby; her daughters, Kelly Kirby, Kim Kirby (Leonard Martin) and Karen Kirby Laverty (Michael Laverty); her siblings, Edward (Valgene), Johnny (Rosalind), Gilbert, Agnes Rablin (John), Laura McCabe (Martin), Theresa Scott and Lorraine Webber (Mark); and her sister-in-law Gen Doyle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her name to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
