She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Johnson and Jewel Johnson of Geneva; her father-in-law Stephen Lee Collins; her grandson Devan Fields; and her stepchildren, Stephen Collins and Jennifer Collins (family: Jamie, Robert Lawrence, Todd Pryor, Steve Duncan, Bernard Collins, Mary Lou Collins, Paulette McClure).
She is survived by: her husband Stephen Collins; her children, John Johnson, Merri Shannon Holland, Samantha Wier Lawrence (Merri Shannon Holland) of Ozark and Hailie Collins; her grandson Trevor Fields; and her sister Sonya Duncan of Birmingham.
