He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Pulley and Dorotha Pulley (Mundell); his brother Stephen; his sister-in-law Nancy Pulley (Smith); his parents-in-law, John and Mary Balesteri (Abreu); and his brother-in-law Johnny Balesteri.
He is survived by: his niece Cynthia Ray (Balesteri); his wife Jean Mary Pulley (Balesteri); his daughters, Theresa Jean Pulley Radwan (Jeremy), Dawn Renee' Werry (John) and Nicole Noelle Herr (Derek); his granddaughters, Amy Theresa Radwan and Scarlett Olivia Herr; his brothers, Allen Pulley (Shirley) and Christopher Pulley (Pamela); and his sister-in-law Katherine Balesteri (Potamis).
