He was predeceased by: his former wife Janice Kemp; his parents, Caray Sr. Kemp and Elizabeth Kemp; and his sister Patricia Sharpe. He is survived by: his children, Caray Kemp (Mac) of Defuniak Springs, FL and Dr Tanya Colledge (Josh) of Highland, UT; his grandchildren, Kyra, Jocelyn, Elijah and Ethan; and his fiancée Deborah Watson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Skipper's memory to the First United Methodist Church of Crestview or Chickasaw for their vacation Bible school or the American Cancer Society.
