She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmella Perrine and Anthony Perrine; her sisters, Helen Sprague and Jean Paddock; and her nephews, Bobby Paddock and Mearle Sprague.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Ratliff (Michael), Russell Budden (Kristin), Linda Gustman (Carl) and Randy Budden (Mindy); and her husband Russell F. Budden. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews, and a countless number of friends.
