He is survived by: his wife Carrie Eugenia Phillips; his children, James Philips and Tracy Strahan (Lloyd); his brothers, Dick Phillips (Sandy) and Ed Phillips (Mary); and his brother-in-law Jesse Reeves (Marie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests that no flowers be sent due to severe allergies.
