He is survived by: his children, Tim (Tina), Travis (Aimee), Sarah (Mike) and Liz (Chris); his grandchildren, Brittany, Sierra, Kylie, Raven, Teagan, Knoxton and Nolan; his pets, Cooper and Mini; and his stepsiblings, Ellis Hall (Diane), Ladonna Collins and Elaine Ridgdill.
