It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy Alan Fraser of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, born in Warsaw, New York, who passed away on September 26, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Fraser and Shirley Olinger (Manwarren); his mother-in-law Elizabeth Jakabcic; his siblings-in-law, Deborah Jakabcic, Susan Hambley and Thomas Horner; and his great-niece Celeste Kimber.
He is survived by: his wife Cyndi Fraser (Jakabcic); his daughters, Jamie Fraser (Mohamed Abdullah) of Orlando, FL and Laurie Spear of Millport, NY; his grandchildren, Ayden "Mickey" Spear, Adalynn "Angel" Spear and Sophia "Sophiecakes" Abdullah; his siblings, Sherry Fraser (John Pulvermiller) of North River, NY, Lisa Horner of Mount Vernon, NY, Thomas Fraser of Hampton, VA and Michael Fraser of Haywood, VA; his siblings-in-law, Jeanne Hardy of Morehead City, NC and Samuel Jakabcic Jr. (Margret) of Brunswick, OH; his father-in-law Samuel Jakabcic Sr. of Brunswick, OH; his brother-in-law Stephen Hambley of Brunswick, OH; and his friend Gary Paul. He is also survived by fourteen Nieces and Nephews, seven Great Nieces and Nephews, many aunts, uncles and cousins.
It was Tim's wish that any memorial tributes be made in the form of charitable donations to Our Savior's Lutheran Church or the church's preschool, Small Steps Academy.
