Benner of Indianapolis, Indiana; his stepchildren, Peter Alan Craig (Julie) of Pewaukee, James M. Craig of Indianapolis, Indiana and Diane C. Milgate (Ron) of Lafayette, Indiana; and his sister Mary Lou Parrish of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
