She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Swain and Patricia Hall Swain; and her brother Michael Swain. She is survived by: her children, Jason Simmons (Jenea) of Grant, Sean Simmons (Rebekah) of Satellite Beach, Tiffany Simmons Reinking (Spencer) of Melbourne and Aubree Linne of Daytona Beach; her sister Corrine Fisher; and her grandchildren, Annalee, Kolton, Hunter, Summer, Violet, Natalee and Mason.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to The Conklin Center, 405 White Street, Daytona Beach, Florida 32114.
