He is survived by: his parents, Arnold and Hope; his siblings, Holli, Scott, Philip and Christopher; and his nieces and nephews, William, Arabella, Sarah, Michael, Dominic, Aurora and Madelyn. He is also survived by Grandparents, many many Aunts, Uncles, cousins and extended family.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be made in Sam's honor to the following, Southeast Volusia Humane Society, Southeast Volusia YMCA Sports Programs in Edgewater, or PALS Football.
