Marshall; her husband Herbert Shough; her daughter Cynthia Rongstad; her siblings, Walter Marshall, Shirley Richards and Mary Henson; her stepson Richard Shough; her granddaughter Jennifer Shough; and her great grandchild Sawyer Jefferson.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Richards (Donna) of Elizabeth City, NC, Timothy P Richards (Linda) of Wimauma, FL, Denise J Rogerson of Afton, OK, Terri Barricello (Michael) of Mooresville, NC and Melissa Richards of Edgewater, FL; and her stepson Douglas Shough (Elaine) of Bradenton, FL. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and numerous great-great grandchildren.
