It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Leigh Decker of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, born in Newton, New Jersey, who passed away on October 18, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George and Margaret Poyer (Weaver); her daughter Sherry Ann Gross; her husband Stephen Decker; her daughters, JoAnn Featherman (George Featherman) of Matamoras, Tracy Decker (Kevin Schmick) of Matamoras and Laura Decker (James Cichon) of Port Jervis; her grandchildren, Miranda, Katie, Kyle, Brandon, Andrea, Tommy, Brittney and Austin; and her great grandchildren, Kaia and Kenzie Vanderhoff.
